I have not posted stuffs that I am gonna post for a really long time. The game of soccer was really good. I've never felt like a free and soaring bird in my entire life here before. Previously I had always felt like a kuku bird. If only uni life were like this every week. The feelings and emotions that were bottled up was kind of released. I feel renewed for now. A satisfying lunch after soccer summed up the afternoon. I had 3 bowls of rice! I had a nap after that.

Dinner was steamboat at a new place. I had never eaten that much mala before. Duck's tongue was a new experience. BUT, now my stomach lining has this burning sensation. Dessert was at this new place.

I feel that I am regaining my huge appetite...that feels good.

Three Malaysians and 3 Singaporeans are traveling by train to a conference in Thailand. At the station, the three Malaysians each buy tickets and watch as the three Singaporeans buy only a single ticket.

"How are three people going to travel on only one ticket?" asks the Malaysian.

"Watch and you'll see," answers the Singaporean.

They all board the train. The Malaysians take their respective seats but all three Singaporeans cramped into a restroom and close the door behind them. Shortly after the train has departed, the conductor comes around collecting tickets.

The door opens just a crack and a single arm emerges with a ticket in hand. The conductor takes it and moves on. The Malaysians saw this and agreed it was quite a clever idea. So after the conference, the Malaysians decide to copy the Singaporeans on the return trip and save some money. When they get to the station, they buy a single ticket for the return trip. To their astonishment, the Singaporeans don't buy a ticket at all.

"How are you going to travel without a ticket?" says one perplexed Malaysian. "Watch and you'll see..Boleh?" answers an Singaporean.

When they board the train, the three Singaporeans cramp into a restroom and the three Malaysians cramp into another one nearby. The train departs. Shortly afterward, one of the Singaporean leaves his restroom and walks over to the restroom where the Malaysians are hiding. He knocks on the door and says, "Ticket, please."

They are finding better paying jobs and finding them sooner, even though their graduating cohort of 711 graduands is 84-per-cent bigger than that of the previous year's 386. Of the graduates surveyed by the Singapore Management University (SMU), the top 20-per-cent wage earners enjoy monthly starting salaries of $5,600.

Most of these highly-paid graduates are employed in investment banking or management consulting. According to SMU, its top nine highest wage earners draw between $8,000 and $10,000. Overall, close to 100 per cent of those who responded to the annual survey — 618 graduates — found a job before or within six months of their graduation last year. Out of these respondents, 519 graduates, or 84 per cent did so within a month.

Mr Bernard Chen, 26, an SMU graduate now working as a foreign exchange trader at Citibank, told Today: "I think one reason more graduates are finding better-paying jobs earlier is because there's a competitive atmosphere at SMU. "When you see your seniors getting jobs early, you will want to work hard to do the same, or even better. The professors also advised us to start looking early because you would want to be the first person employers talk to, not the last."

This incident that happened not very long ago, in fact very recent had just re-ignited my racism...I mean baptism of fire.
Ok....I was in the 394 bus to the city, when a bunch people, numbers adding up to more than a soccer team boarded the bus at the UNSW bus stop. They then started making hell lot of noise. They chanted some "baberina" cheer...which I don't know what the fuck was that. The driver told them to stop countless of time, but these fucktards ignored the driver and continued with their ruckus. The driver then threatened to chase them out of the bus. BUT, these people being fucktards continued with their nonsense. They consisted of mainly fucking chao ang mohs and a few yellow banana ABCs...(traitor!). After awhile they said they had enough and some decided to change buses...so they alighted!

I seriously don't know what's wrong with ang moh brains. Either they're retards ( I think they are) or they had poor upbringing (which I think their parents were like them..). Like fucking retarded fathers, like fucking retarded sons.

Next was Ironman. Not a bad movie. The show was full of techie stuff. I betcha engineering people will love this movie. They'll get turned on by that as though it's a porn movie and go "I-YEARN-MEN!"

What a bad day it is!

1) The test was not as easy as I expected. Damn I got owned by it! It was tough. I was caught by surprise how time really flies! I guess time is not on my side...

2) At Randwick Oriental...fuck...The little girl in front of me just peed on the floor...just like that... and I stepped onto the puddle....fuck fuck fuck....When I realised that I was stepping on something wet it was just too late....Don't laugh!

3) Man Utd lost to Chelsea 1-2...knn....Drogba should be sent off...

4) Someone was shot to death at Churchills which is just around 5 to 6 mins walk away from where I stay. Just a few streets across. It happened on the night of Anzac Day, a day to commemorate the fallen heroes in World War 1. But...what do these chao ang mo do? Drink! And when conflicts arise, what do they do? Whip out a gun and shoot the other person....

Now...I am just beginning to appreciate the ah nehs drinking at kopitiams or void decks in Singapore. Yes they do drink habitually...yes they're alcoholics....yes they do beat up their wives....BUT...they do not take a gun and shoot the other person dead!

Haiz...I have really been a good boy these few days. I have been studying for a test on Saturday. I had done myself injustice to this test last sem. I scored 4/20! WTF right? In the end, I am doing this module the 2nd time. I still remember that fateful day when the results were out....4...it's a doomed number. So this time round I won't let this repeat again!!!

My hunger has also become insatiable. Just a few hours after eating a meal, I would feel the pangs again..especially now....I dread becoming obese! Someone in my house is enjoying hash browns...I am having watermelons instead..

I have this desire to do a post-grad...but....I've gotta consider the costs too. Not cheap leh...I know I should eat less and save more...hahahaha...

I somehow enjoy studying. I am a nerd....

SINGAPORE: A 34-year-old engineer, Andy Goh, has been chosen as Singapore's happiest person in a search that saw more than 200 people nominated.

"The idea was actually hatched by my wife and sister-in-law about three weeks ago when they first saw the article. They thought it'd be funny to put my name in, and one thing led to another," said Mr Goh.

The engineer was chosen over 207 nominees in a search by local consulting firm, Global Leadership Academy, which is preparing to organise a well-being conference.

3 Chinese nationals caught in cars' hidden compartments: By Channel NewsAsia Posted: 18 April 2008 0020 hrs

SINGAPORE: Three female nationals from China, barred from Singapore for overstaying, have been caught trying to enter Singapore illegally by hiding in secret compartments of two Malaysian cars. On Wednesday evening, Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officers found two women, aged 31 and 33, hiding beneath the rear seats of a Malaysian-registered car. They were detected at about 6pm at the Woodlands Checkpoint when the driver of the car was directed for more detailed checks. The 25-year-old driver claimed he did not know about the women in the car and said he had borrowed the car from his friend to go shopping in Singapore. Investigations revealed that the women had each paid over S$2,000 or RMB13,000 to a male Chinese national to enter Singapore. And about two hours later at the same checkpoint, another Chinese woman was found beneath the rear seats of another Malaysian-registered car. This time, the 32-year-old was hiding in a modified compartment under the rear seat floorboard. ICA officers unscrewed the floorboard when they heard sounds coming out from beneath the seats when the car was directed for detailed checks. The woman also paid over S$2,000 to a male Chinese national to enter Singapore illegally. The 23-year-old driver of the car claimed that he was in financial difficulties and had been promised less than S$130 or RM300 for the job. Last Friday, I got awoken by loud bangings on my door at 9am! It was the door repairman that wanted to repair my ill-fitting door. He came back at 10am and literally took the door down! I was without a door for half an hour. So I did guard duty. He came back with a shaven door in 30 minutes.

During QMA class, an Ah Tiong approached me to do the group assignment. I hemed and hawed and told him that I am allowed to do it alone. Finally, at the request of Mr Seah to update.... It's been about a month in Sydney and just 2 weeks of school, a week of holidays was given. Ridiculous! After the break will be 10 continuous weeks of shit. Anyway, spent my holidays at Port Stephen's.....yeah there'll be photos! I didn't regret going. It was fun, fun and more fun! firstly, insert the following song: 情歌王 by Leo Ku.
Then prepare to standby to cancel the current song while it's at its last 2 or 3 seconds. Then the 情歌王 will start playing.

Hope I'm gonna get my new home soon.
Been living as a 'refugee' for the past week. Not very nice to trouble people also.
Super shiok if the house is approved. Can go home and sleep during those long breaks.

Life seems pretty good so far. Been eating and sleeping well. Wedges, fries, steamboat...
Gotten better with the directions of my surroundings, altho not tt good yet. But I think i can rely on my trusty GPS phone?

Stuff here are really expensive. Gotta budget and save in everyway I can. Eg. drinking from my water bottle instead of soft drinks.
Today were the 1st lectures. My brain's a little rusty. Can't seem to recall past stuff. Cos I'm getting old. At least I don't seem to be lonely during those classes.

Met some UNSWAsia people along the way. Before coming here while in Singapore, we don't even say hi to each other. But here, we just said hi and behaved like be knew one another...strange...

I am in Sydney. Plane ride was damn sian. Wanna sleep cannot sleep....NOT because I was crying! Tired...and my watch spoiled!
Reached the airport after that. Cleared the customs w/o being quaratined!
Temp staying at Sydney City where all the shopping and eating are! A 15min bus ride to UNSW
The campus is bigger. Met many fellow victims too. Kinda nice n warm--->not the weather, I meant the feeling of meeting people who I know abroad with me.

The weather is cold. Esp when the wind blows. Not enough fats to protect me. Must eat more.
Gonna look for better houses meanwhile...ultra-modern, sleek, and safe!

Prawning...this time round was much better. Caught 11 prawns. 7 contributed by me.
As usual, cut sea hum, hook the bait, the cruel acts of amputating the pincers and unhooking the prawn was done by me. Brave! haha...End up getting pinched by the pincers. Ouch!
Still remember the pathetic time prawning at Khatib. ZERO prawns. Not even a shrimp. Not even a haybee. I think the uncle cheat money one.

Woke up with a sore throat. Spit some thick phlegm out. Hmmm I saw a lil bit a blood. But I guess I'm still alright.
Went to play some ball despite that. This time round was really quite bad. Headache came. Ate and stayed there for awhile. Drove home with a pounding head. When I reached home, I felt a little feverish.
Popped some pandadol, went to bed and wrapped myself in blanket. Let myself perspire. I feel better now. I hope I will feel better tomorrow.

Thanks for trying to talk some sense into me and trying to get me to wake up my idea. I know my main priorities are still my studies. Rest assured that that will be my focus. I know I have no obligations to...but I guess I will try to cope. I might learn more out of this and become stronger.
